Effective July 27, 2009
Fees to be charged to all government agencies
unless specifically stated by statute. When the Clerk is required to perform
services for which no fee or compensation are specifically listed, the Clerk
shall be allowed fees similar to and allowed for similar services by statute. (RCW
36.18.050)
Payments may be made in cash, cashier’s
check, law firm check, money order, personal check, or debit/credit card (Visa
is not accepted as they do not participate in government
programs). Please make your check payable to: Grant
County Clerk.
Filing fee, ex parte fee, supplemental
proceedings fees, & certified copy fees
should always be be separate checks. All fees must be paid in advance (RCW 36.18.060)
and no refunds are given.
